thesport.fit (formerly FFL)

My latest project, taking over a decade of experience running competitive fitness leagues, and using it to raise the bar for all forms of the sport internationally.

Around 2013, after opening Raincity Athletics, we noticed there wasn't a lot of opportunity for recreational athletes to push themselves or compete at a level that wasn't regionals, or trying to qualify for the CrossFit Games. So we created the Functional Fitness League, the first of its kind recreational 'beer league' functional fitness. Since then, tons of gyms have started running their own 'in house' competitions, filling the void that the FFL once filled. So I have now taken my expertise in the field of competition data management and more, and am using it to help functional fitness federations around the world organize their back end to help grow the quality of the sport of functional fitness for all athletes of all abilities. As well as assist the IF3 in its pursuit of Sport Accord and Olympic requirements.
