​I have unintentionally become one of the most sought-after youth trainers in the Lower Mainland. Partially because I'm one of the only ones who can do it under ASD funding—but also because I've been doing it a long time and have gotten pretty good at it.

​My approach to training youth (anywhere on any spectrum) is the same as training any other athlete: we focus on movement patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat) and working hard.
