ADHD and me

Life lessons for those who deal with their own, or anyone else's, neurodivergence.

1 entry · in author-set order

The human brain is a fascinating thing. The more I learn, the better I understand how different everyone's perception of the world can be. I share my story and lessons learned as an overly introspective, large, loud, straight, cis, white, male introvert with ADHD and anxiety, in hopes that it can help others better understand their own brains. Being overly open and honest is something that's always helped my anxiety subside (I don't like secrets). I don't share this because I think people care, I share it because it helps force me to put pen to paper (or finger to keyboard) and slow the mayhem inside my brain long enough to create something that anyone who's interested is welcome to learn about.
